Terri Sewell Tapped for Post

Alabama Representative and Momentum alumna Terri Sewell was tapped by the Democratic National Committee to fight the White House’s “voter suppression scheme.”

Sewell, D-Birmingham, and former Missouri Secretary of State Jason Kander, will lead the efforts on behalf of the DNC, Democratic National Committee, Chairman Tom Perez announced in an op-ed in Time today. The move comes as the Trump-appointed Voter Fraud Commission holds its first meeting in Washington, D.C. today.
