Background
Andrea carries strong industry experience in Finance and Human Resources. At the launch of her career, she served as Managing Director for Inroads in Birmingham, a non-profit investing in young, diverse managerial talent. Over the next 10 years, she explored the Banking industry through roles as VP of Human Resources in AmSouth bank and Regions bank. This backed her as she transitioned into a VP of Human Resources role for BioHorizons, a BioTech company. Starting Spring 2018, Andrea returned to promoting career development through Momentum.
