Executive Leadership Program

Momentum incorporates the talent and experience of top-level national faculty and local panelists in a nine-month leadership curriculum. Over the course of the program, our participants develop the skills, confidence and connections to take on increasing levels of responsibility and leadership positions. Each year the program is tailored to meet the profile of the current class. Common training topics include:

  • Board Service and Personal Philanthropy

Program participants are assigned to a co-mentoring group to build relationships, share ideas, and hold one another accountable for progress on their personal plan. Each class is also given the opportunity to be paired with Senior Mentors who can offer advice and support for challenges unique to each individual.

What really differentiates Momentum from other leadership programs is the value of our powerful alumnae network, nearly 350 women strong! Our alumnae call on each other to solve common business challenges, address community concerns, and provide guidance to future women leaders through our ongoing mentoring program.
