Each year the program is tailored to meet the profile of the current class. Common training topics include:
- Emotional Intelligence

- Personal Branding, Presentations, and Social Media
- Healthy Conflict, Healthy Teams
- Organizational and Community Impact
- Advocacy Skills and Mentoring

Program participants are assigned to a co-mentoring group to build relationships, share ideas, and hold one another accountable for progress on their personal plan. Each class is also given the opportunity to be paired with Senior Mentors who can offer advice and support for challenges unique to each individual.
What really differentiates Momentum from other leadership programs is the value of our powerful alumnae network, nearly 350 women strong! Our alumnae call on each other to solve common business challenges, address community concerns, and provide guidance to future women leaders through our ongoing mentoring program.
