Executive Leadership Program

As women rise through the ranks at work, they often face unique challenges and isolation. These headwinds can deter women from pursuing new opportunities for growth, prosperity, and fulfillment.

Over the course of a nine-month curriculum, Momentum leverages world-class leadership experts, an extensive network of 500+ women leaders, and a unique approach to both personal and  professional growth that result in a transformational experience. Each cohort is composed of 20-35 female leaders from diverse backgrounds, roles, and industries. The experience begins with a 360 assessment, 2-day opening retreat, monthly full-day sessions with leadership experts, executive coaching, and co-mentoring groups.

Our 20th anniversary impact report shows that 72% of Momentum graduates experienced upward mobility after completing the program, 93% went on to sponsor or mentor other women, and 80% reported that the group setting with women from various backgrounds and industries was something they had not experienced before.

Applications are due at the end of April and are reviewed by our selection committee in the month of May for the class starting in September, with graduation the following May.
