Upward Early-Career Program

Momentum’s Upward program is targeted to early-career women. The program leverages Momentum’s expertise and alumnae network to develop the next generation of talented leadership. We accept applications June through August of the current year for the class beginning in February of the following year. Each class is divided into two cohorts. The first is for high potential individual contributors with less than five years of experience, the second is for emerging leaders with approximately five-fifteen years of experience.

Upward is delivered in half-day sessions over a nine-month period from February to October. Program sessions are interactive, classroom-style and facilitated by training professionals and Momentum alumnae. In between sessions, participants will complete assignments, meet with their co-mentoring group, and enjoy networking opportunities with experienced senior leaders.

“Momentum has been a guiding light on my journey providing the resources to make the most impact on my personal, professional, and community life.

Momentum has built a network of amazing women that I can lean on and support, provided opportunities to participate in the mentorship program that has given me confidence and perspective, connected me to a career at Fast Slow Motion which has been a blessing in my life, and encouraged me to give back to the Community through leadership opportunities at Girl Spring.

Momentum’s Upward program has changed the trajectory of my career and I am forever grateful.”
