Amanda Degreen

As a Certified GALLUP® StrengthsCoach™ and a Management Resource Group (MRG)® Certified Partner, Amanda DeGreen helps people find joy by discovering and deploying their God-given talents in emotionally intelligent ways. She spent the first 18 years of her career in bank operations, starting as a data entry clerk and working her way to the title of Executive Vice President as a division head. Amanda earned a Masters of Business Administration while working in banking and served in an advisory capacity on several industry-specific boards and committees. Throughout her career, Amanda developed a love for both people and process improvement. It was in her role as a division head that she discovered her passion for leadership and strengths development.

Amanda left banking in 2020 to start a leadership development and coaching business called Salt and Light People Activators. Amanda works with individuals and teams to discover and develop their natural talent. She specializes in couples and family strengths coaching and business team development.

Amanda is blessed to be married to Pastor Chris DeGreen and has three incredible step kids and one incredible son-in-law. When she is not coaching and consulting, she enjoys leading Bible studies and helping with youth ministry.
