Anna Coreno, serves as the Senior Advisor for Medicare Advantage Customer Experience & Retention Strategy for Cigna. She is responsible for developing and leading the overall customer experience & retention strategy for the Medicare Advantage population at Cigna. She completed her undergraduate degree in Communications at the University of Alabama and her master’s degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Healthcare Administration. In her spare time, Anna enjoys being outdoors, (especially on the water) and traveling – with her family, including her husband, Ken, and their two daughters, Cary and Kate.
