Carolyn Henderson is the chief academic officer or Dean of Instruction at Drake State Community and Technical College. She has 22 years of experiences in higher education and community services. She has a vast work experience as an administrator, educator, mentor and advisor. Dr. Henderson also has an extensive higher education experiences centered on student success, retention, recruitment, job placement, college transfer, admissions, advising, degree audit, testing, curriculum development, teaching, supervisory skills, budget management, grants management, SACSCOC and other industry recognized accreditation for workforce. Dr. Henderson has served as the Division Chair for General Education and a Math faculty.
