City Council Member
Connie Spears was elected to the Madison City Council in 2020, representing Madison’s District 2. She serves on the TARCOG Board of Directors, the Madison Utility Board, Finance Committee, Industrial Development Board, Planning & Economic Development, IT and City Clerk’s departments.
She was on the Madison Board of Education serving on Capital Planning, Safety and Security, Community Relations, Curriculum and Finance Committees. She also served as Legislative Liaison, advocating for children in both Montgomery and DC.
She has a business degree from Auburn University and is a full-time community volunteer.
Mrs. Spears and her husband have two sons.
