Courtney Hancock

Courtney Hancock serves as CEO of SoulGrown under Yellowhammer Multimedia in Birmingham, AL. Among her many duties she assumes responsibility for all daily operations, staff and team management, revenue strategy, content direction, and partnership acquisition. In addition, Courtney serves as Founder of Better, a nonprofit providing free therapy for women where she manages operations and marketing. Courtney completed her undergraduate degree in English Literature at Samford University and went on to pursue a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Charleston Southern University. She is most proud of being a wife to Joel and boy mom to Lincoln and Royal.
