Dawn Sharff

Dawn Sharff has broad experience representing both lenders and borrowers in commercial lending transactions, with a particular emphasis on transactions involving commercial real estate. She also represents public companies, privately held entities and individuals in all types of commercial real estate transactions, including the buying, selling, leasing and developing of commercial real estate nationwide.

Dawn represents a number of financial institutions on syndicated and non-syndicated construction loans, interim and permanent loans, corporate revolvers and term loan facilities, subscription facilities and other commercial financing transactions. Dawn’s commercial real estate practice includes representation of large companies that own and/or lease real estate assets across the United States as a part of their business operations, as well as developers of projects nationwide. She has closed transactions involving multifamily, student housing, senior living, retail, office, healthcare, hospitality, condominium and timber properties. Dawn is listed in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business in the Banking & Finance and Real Estate categories and in The Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Law.
