Doreni Fleming is a Board-Certified Nurse Executive with over 22 years of nursing leadership experience. As Senior Director of UAB Highlands Nursing, Doreni has a passion for improving healthcare outcomes, enhancing nursing practice, and implementing innovative strategies to optimize patient care and safety. Doreni obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Jacksonville State University and Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University. She is actively involved in professional nursing organizations such as Birmingham Regional Organization of Nurse Leaders (BRONL) and the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL).
