Dwight Julbert

Dwight Julbert is Executive Vice President, Talent & Culture in the Talent Partner Services group at BBVA Compass. He  joined BBVA Compass in 1995, following seven years of service in the military and a private training contractor.  His 18 years of experience with BBVA Compass includes management roles in Human Resources and Technology & Operations.  During a three-year period away from BBVA Compass, he worked for ABN AMRO Group in Chicago, within the Retail Banking and Human Resources units.  Dwight currently serves as the executive director of the Talent Partner Services group, reporting to the head of Talent & Culture.  He has overall responsibility for employee relations, employee movements within the organization and management of the employee talent pool.

Dwight’s education includes a B.S., Liberal Arts, University of the State of N.Y; M.B.A, Human Resources Concentration, Northcentral University;  2010 BBVA Compass School of Management, University of Texas; 2011 Building a Customer Centric Organization, Aranjuez; 2013 BBVA Corporate Management Program, Madrid; and 2015 BBVA Compass School of Leadership, Madrid.

Dwight is a member of the Railroad Park Foundation, a member of Leadership Birmingham – 2015 and a Major in the Military Police, Alabama Army National Guard.
