Earlisha Williams is the Executive Director of HR – Employee Relations at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Earlisha earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Alabama, her Master of Business Administration from UAB, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have two beautiful children.
