Warren Averett Workplace provides a full spectrum of talent management services including career management, leadership development, executive and leader coaching and career transition services. Gerriann is driven by a passion for career excellence and corporate performance. She is credentialed to use a variety of assessments including Birkman, DiSC, Hogan and Myers-Briggs. She is a certified as a Business Coach and facilitator of the CPI New Horizons® Active Retirement Planning Program.

Gerriann’s community Involvement includes Past President of the Birmingham Society for HR Management, HR Committee member of Vulcan Park, past Board member of UCP of Greater Birmingham, past member of the advisory Council AWARE/Positive Maturity, and 2012 MOMENTUM Leadership class graduate.

Gerriann received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign, IL and earned a Master of Industrial Relations from Carson School of Management, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN.
