Hailey Lann

Hailey Lann is a Learning & Development Partner at Brasfield & Gorrie where she manages learning programs, partners with business units, and facilitates professional development classes. She is a certified Associate Professional in Talent Development. Prior to joining Brasfield & Gorrie in 2016, Hailey served in recruiting roles at BCBSAL, Simon Property Group, and The University of Alabama College of Continuing Studies. She graduated from The University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a master’s degree in Human Environmental Sciences. In her spare time, Hailey goes to OrangeTheory, travels, and spends time with family and friends.
