A psychologist with a business degree, Joan Lampert has coached women in career transitions for over 25 years, including the most sophisticated of senior executives and professionals. She collaborates with clients as an acknowledged expert, trusted advisor, and thoughtful partner. Joan brings deep experience to the often difficult process of personal branding and marketing for board service. Using a highly customized one-to-one approach, her services are unique to each client’s needs and personal style.

Most recently she was Practice Director for Women’s Career and Board Services at New Directions. Joan has also advised private clients since 1993.

Joan earned a BA from Columbia University, a PhD from Smith College, and an MBA from Harvard. She is a panelist in the “Women on Corporate Boards” session.
