Lisa Graham
Lisa Goldstein Graham, Ph.D. has practiced in the field of organizational psychology for over 18 years. Dr. Graham helps organizations – including small, family-owned businesses, nonprofit agencies, and Fortune 500 companies – address a wide range of issues involving people. Before founding McDonald Graham in 2015, Dr. Graham worked as a consultant with Blankenship & Seay Consulting Group, Inc. Her expertise includes:

Lisa completed her undergraduate work at Emory University. She received a M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee and a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change at Antioch University. She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the International Leadership Association, and the American Psychological Association. Lisa has served as an adjunct professor of psychology at Samford University and enjoys being involved with several nonprofit organizations. She is the immediate past Chair of the Board of Collaborative Solutions, Inc., served for several years on the Board and Executive Committee of Collat Jewish Family Services, and is a past a member of the Board of the Ronald McDonald House, the Board of Temple Emanu-El, and the Junior Board of Girls Inc. As a professional and volunteer, she regularly advises nonprofit organizations on staff and Board development issues.
