Marshanne Castro is Director of Regional Operations for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation and financial performance of COPT’s portfolio in Huntsville, Alabama, consisting of the 468-acre master planned, mixed-use, EUL project known as Redstone Gateway, located at Redstone Arsenal, as well as the Class A office building located at 310 The Bridge Street. The overall portfolio currently consists of over 1.5 million square feet of Class A office and retail space.
Marshanne has more than 25 years of real estate experience and a proven record of leadership, problem solving, property management, business development, construction management, forecasting and financial planning.
Marshanne previously held the position of Vice President, Business Development and Retail for Graham & Company. She earned the Certified Property Management designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2004.
She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, serves on the Board of Directors for IFMA North Alabama, BOMA, Sparkman Homes Boys & Girls Club Unit Board, and Village of Promise. She has served as Vice Chairman of the Boys & Girls Clubs of North Alabama Board of Directors and the State of Alabama Alliance Board for Boys & Girls Clubs, and is a founding member of 100+ Women Who Care of Madison County. Marshanne is currently a Board of Trustee member of the Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE).
