Martina Crim, DNP,, RN, NEA-BC, is a dynamic nurse leader who remains patient-centered and mission-focused. She leads with compassion, integrity, and excellence. She has proven success in strategic planning, improving access to care, patient and staff engagement, and interprofessional teamwork and collaborative practice in healthcare. Her leadership experience has been with both Veterans Health Administration and Army Medical Readiness Command/Defense Health Agency in primary care, quality management, patient safety, and risk management.
Ms. Crim obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama-Huntsville in 2007 and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in 2018. She obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) – Nurse Executive at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in April 2023. . She is a board-certified Advanced Nurse Executive and an active member of various nursing organizations, including the American Nurses Association, Alabama State Nurses Association, American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing, and Sigma Theta Tau, Phi Gamma Chapter.
Her end goal is to be an executive leader for a healthcare organization while being an impactful community advocate for the population it serves.
