Sharri Logsdon is SVP and Compliance Executive, consumer and Business for Regions Bank with responsibility for governance and oversight of the Company’s consumer and business compliance activities. She has been with Regions, a top U.S. bank-holding company headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, with $118 billion in assets, operating 1,678 banking offices in 16 states, for 10 years.
Logsdon oversees regulatory requirements for compliance with consumer protection rules, laws and regulations, including consumer and business lending, enterprise-wide deposit activities, privacy, and data reporting and analysis, as well as data management for Home Mortgage Disclosure Act/Community Reinvestment Act (HMDA/CRA). Her compliance risk management program provides interpretation and analysis support to the lines of business on compliance-related matters, as well as monitoring, testing and reporting results of first line of defense activities.
Prior to joining Regions in 2005, Logsdon held positions including: Senior Vice President, Regulatory Liaison for SouthTrust Bank; Vice President, Community Development for Federal Home Loan Bank; Vice President, Compliance for Bank of America; and compliance and loan administration for Country Club Bank.
Logsdon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Birmingham Humane Society and MAP, Inc.
