Suzie Henley

Suzi Henley is an energetic, accomplished Senior Software Engineer Manager for Northrop Grumman in Huntsville, Alabama. With over 20 years experience in software engineering, consulting, and management, Suzi has led high performing teams in both private and government sectors. Suzi prides herself on building highly qualified, diverse teams that enjoy identifying and solving problems and implementing innovative solutions. Under Suzi’s leadership, her team was awarded the NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center Subcontractor of the Year in 2018. In her spare time, Suzi enjoys traveling and focuses her volunteer efforts on inspiring and empowering girls to pursue STEM related careers.
