In our 20 years of operation, we have graduated 584 women from our executive program and 295 women from our Upward early career program.

• 93% of our graduates mentored or sponsored other women after participating in Momentum.
• 72% of graduates reported gaining occupational mobility or receiving one or more promotions since participating in Momentum.
• 40% of Upward participants reported receiving a promotion during the course of the program. 
• 92% of Upward graduates reported the program influenced their ability to achieve professional goals.
