Momentum’s mentoring program is coming to North Alabama, thanks to the generous investment of Innovate Alabama! Our mentoring program connects women with experienced leaders for high-impact, one-on-one support. Through personalized guidance and resources, the program helps women to grow their careers, build confidence, and lead with authenticity. While any woman in the community can request a mentor match through this free service, the Innovate Alabama investment will allow Momentum to place a special emphasis on growing our mentor network in STEM-related fields.

Momentum has facilitated more than a thousand mentoring relationships. Our mentors are some of the most distinguished professional women in the state. They come from a wide range of industries, from manufacturing to healthcare, and a variety of roles, from CEO to scientist. Many are alumnae of the Momentum program, others are friends of Momentum willing to generously give their time and expertise.
