About the Program
Momentum offers mentor matching as a free service open to all. Studies show that successful mentoring relationships lead to greater success on a personal and professional level.

Our mentors are some of the most distinguished professionals, coming from a wide range of industries and roles. From manufacturing to healthcare, and beyond, many are alumnae of the Momentum programs or friends of Momentum generously giving their time and expertise.
Momentum also partners with local universities, young professional groups, and nonprofits match our graduates with mentees.

Mentor
One of the hardest things about starting a mentor relationship is finding a mentor. Momentum can certainly help.
Our Mentoring Coordinator reviews the targeted development areas outlined in the mentee’s request form. Each mentee will then have a one on one conversation to gain a better understanding of each individual request. The Mentoring Coordinator then reviews potential mentor matches in our network of more than four hundred leaders to find the best mentor that aligns with a mentee’s goals. Each mentoring pair receives guidance and resources from Momentum along the mentoring journey to ensure success. While Momentum cannot guarantee that you will be matched with a mentor, we have a very high success rate in pairing mentors with mentees.
We ask that mentor matches commit to six months and work on specific objectives.

We welcome those in and outside of the Momentum network who believe in the strong value of mentoring and want to pay it forward to join our mentoring program. You will make a difference.
If you are interested in joining our program as a Mentor, fill out our Mentor with Momentum form to tell us a little about yourself. Our Mentor Coordinator will contact you to discuss next steps. You will always have an opportunity to discuss and confirm a match before it is finalized.
