A nine-month leadership journey of personal and professional growth for high-level leaders. World-class leadership experts and a cohort of high-achieving women leaders from across roles and industries make this experience transformational. Currently offered in Birmingham, Huntsville, and within UAB Medicine.
Upward
Our nine-month Upward program is designed for early and mid-career women to assess their strengths, take ownership of their career path, and build a network. This program addresses the most critical stress-points for most professional women at these stages, including work-life demands, confidence, goals, and unwritten rules.
Luminary Women
Momentum formed Luminary Women to create spaces for C-Suite and senior-level women leaders to connect, collaborate, and continue to grow both personally and professionally.
Momentum Works
Momentum Works brings Momentum’s proven leadership development framework to underserved women in the City of Birmingham who are employed but may be missing their optimal potential for a variety of reasons.
Mentor Matching
Our mentor-matching program is free and open to all. Our proven approach includes an assessment of goals, personalized match with a mentor, introduction, resources, and regular check-ins to ensure an optimal experience.
Corporate Training
We provide customized training on a variety of leadership topics to supplement internal training programs. Sessions can be tailored for a lunch and learn, half day or full day of training.
Men with Momentum
This program is an opportunity for men to acquire the skills and awareness necessary to achieve their best leadership approach and maximize the talent that comes with diverse teams.
