Amanda Ford joined America’s Thrift Stores as Vice President of People & Culture in April 2022 and has been instrumental in guiding culture towards a more engaged, collaborative, and proactive workplace. Amanda was most recently VP of Organizational Development and Mission Advancement at Alabama Goodwill Industries for 3 years. Prior to that she was Director of Talent Development and Retail Training at Georgia Goodwill for nearly 8 years. Amanda is Native New Yorker and enjoys being outdoors and brunching with friends and family whenever possible.
