Jennifer Shaw

Jennifer Shaw currently serves as Managing Director of Talent & Leadership Development for Oakworth Capital Bank and leads the efforts in recruitment, onboarding, associate experience, training and development, retention and engagement across Oakworth’s footprint. Before joining Oakworth in 2017, she spent 11 successful years in the healthcare industry, where she focused on talent and leadership development efforts for various public and non-profit companies. Jennifer obtained both her undergraduate degree in Marketing and her MBA from the University of Louisiana Monroe. In addition to serving on the Board for Momentum, she also serves on the Board of Director for Easterseals of the Birmingham area & GirlSpring. She is also an active sustainer in the Jr. League of Birmingham.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband Bubba and their two children, Walker (18) and Charlie (10) and two dogs Oscar and Laney. When they are not participating in extracurricular activities, she enjoys reading, attending concerts, and vacationing at the beach.
