Serving on a corporate board is personally rewarding and professionally advantageous. When corporate boards include diverse perspectives, they are able to make better decisions for the company and its shareholders. But finding your way to a corporate board seat can be a real challenge, particularly for women. They will also walk through the skills you need, the connections to make, and resources you can use to pursue corporate board service.
