Momentum will celebrate 20 years of advancing women in leadership at our biennial conference, March 16-17 at the BJCC!
Our 2020 conference was the last event in Birmingham before the pandemic shutdown.
The fact is, COVID has taken an unprecedented toll on working women. Many found themselves educating children, taking extraordinary precautions with parents, and carrying a heavy load for care during the pandemic. The result? Taking on fewer responsibilities at work, turning down career-advancing projects, or leaving their positions entirely.
Momentum will utilize our conference platform to reinvigorate, inform, and inspire women in Alabama to draw on every ounce of resilience to LEAD through these difficult times. Our families, our careers, and our futures depend on it.
