Over the course of a nine-month curriculum, Momentum leverages world-class leadership experts, an extensive network of 1,300+ women leaders, and a unique approach to both personal and professional growth that result in a transformational experience. Each cohort is comprised of 20-35 leaders from diverse backgrounds, roles, and industries. The experience begins with a leadership assessment, 2-day opening retreat, monthly full-day sessions with leadership experts, executive coaching, and co-mentoring groups.
Our 20th anniversary impact report shows that 72% of Momentum graduates experienced upward mobility after completing the program. Momentum is designed to help participants identify and address impediments or limitations to obtain merit-based, upward potential and opportunity. Further, 93% of Momentum graduates went on to sponsor or mentor others, and 80% reported that the group setting with women from various backgrounds and industries was something they had not experienced before.
Momentum programs are voluntary, merit-based, and aligned with business objectives to support the inclusion of women leaders. The model encourages self-selection, allowing participants to opt in based on their leadership goals and readiness.
Participant Criteria
Momentum executive participants meet the following criteria:
• Hold 10+ years of high level professional or civic experience
• Possess significant management experience
• Demonstrate leadership in high-level projects or initiatives
• Has a strong commitment to personal and professional growth
