Alison Kniepkamp

Over the last 7 years, Alison Kniepkamp worked for i3, as the Culture and Engagement Lead. During her time at i3 she served on the i3 Cares Board of Directors and as the Program Manager for the WhistleStop Planning Committee in 2023 and 2024. She has recently joined Mazda Toyota Manufacturing as a Team Member Relations Specialist. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Alison is a graduate of the University of Mississippi’s School of Business Administration, with a bachelor’s in business management and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Alison is originally from Belleville, IL, but moved to Huntsville in 2017. She is an alumna us of the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. In her free time, she enjoys making charcuterie boards, watching Ole Miss football, and spending time with her significant other, Damon and dogs, Libby, and Buzz.
