Ambrosia Patterson
Ambrosia Patterson is the Interim Director of Programs, North Alabama, for Momentum Leaders, and is the founder and head leadership coach at Path and Door, specializing in organizational transformation, strategic alignment, and executive development. A trusted advisor to senior leaders, Ambro brings over two decades of high-level government and corporate consulting experience to complex organizational challenges.
Prior to working at Path and Door and Momentum Leaders, Ambro served as the Practice and Strategy Lead for Accenture in Huntsville, driving market growth and coaching executive leaders through post-acquisition integrations. Her foundational leadership career includes 20 years with the FBI, where she served as the executive in charge of the bureau’s $10B+ global budget and later designed and led the massive strategic realignment of personnel and mission sets from the National Capital Region to Huntsville. Certified in Leadership Coaching through Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership and is also a Certified Facilitator of the Six Types of Working Genius Model. Additionally, Ambro holds a Master of Accountancy from The George Washington University and a B.S. in Business Management with concentrations in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Case Western Reserve University.
