Ann Kepner

Ann E. Kepner is the Chief Operating Officer at HAPPI Health with more than twenty years of experience in operations management and now providing high quality and accessible care to the greater Huntsville community. Specializing in strategic planning and transformational leadership, Ann uses her passion to help connect her employees and the community to improve the health of everyone that HAPPI Health touches.
By living out the mission that we exist to serve others, Ann has ensured that her Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration has been put to good use at HAPPI Health. While continuing to serve more patients and improving the health outcomes of those patients, HAPPI Health has earned the designation of Federally Qualified Healthcare Center and the certification of Patient Centered Medical Home. Ann assures that her administrative and organizational skills keep HAPPI compliant in maintaining their designations, as well as keeping the staff connected with patient care and their ability to influence the community through health services.
When she is not visiting HAPPI Health’s four locations, or at her desk in the administrative office, Ann enjoys singing with the worship team at church, hanging out with her husband and chihuahuas, and jewelry shopping with her girlfriends.
