Ann Marie Moore

Ann Marie Moore is the Director of Accounting with VIVA Health, Inc a subsidiary of Triton Health Systems, LLC and affiliate of UAB Health Systems. Having worked for VIVA for over 20 years, Ann Marie is responsible for the accounting and compliance of six different companies totaling over $1B in transactions including heavily regulated health insurance products. Responsibilities include cash management, provider and capitation processing, investment reporting, financial institution relations management, GAAP, GASB and SAP accounting, financial and statutory reporting, financial analysis, and accounts payable.
Ann Marie has more than 28 years of experience in accounting and statutory reporting having worked in the health, life and property & casualty insurance industries. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a BS in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting.
Ann Marie has been married for 29 years, has two young-adult children and one grandson. “Being a parent is harder than month-end close. I’d do it all over again.”
