Anne-Louise Waters

Anne-Louise Waters is the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at ProAssurance. After beginning her career in public accounting at Deloitte, she started at ProAssurance as a senior accountant in 2015. In her current role, she is responsible for directing the consolidated financial operations of the Company, including financial planning and analysis, SEC Reporting and management reporting. She graduated with a Master of Accountancy from Auburn University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a current member of Vestavia Hills Methodist Church and the United Way of Central Alabama’s Young Philanthropists Society and a former member of the Junior League of Birmingham. She lives in Vestavia Hills with husband, Joseph, and their two daughters, Claire (4) and Caroline (2).
