Arlene Henderson

Arlene Henderson is a healthcare professional, nonprofit leader, motivational speaker, and business consultant dedicated to empowering women and strengthening communities. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare administration and insurance advocacy, she has built a career centered on service, leadership, and helping others navigate complex systems.

Arlene is the Founder and Executive Director of Hear My Cry Sisterhood, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2016 to provide women with empowerment, business education, technology training, mentorship, and support. She is passionate about creating opportunities for women to discover their purpose, build additional income streams, and improve their quality of life.

Currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Global Business Administration, Arlene combines her professional expertise, faith-based leadership, and commitment to community impact to inspire meaningful change in the lives of women, families, and future entrepreneurs.
