Beth Morell

Beth Morell is a Program Manager at Leidos, where she oversees multi-million-dollar programs, keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and focused on delivering results for our customers. She holds an MBA and is currently pursuing her PMP certification. Prior to this role, she spent over eight years in Human Resources, specializing in talent acquisition, where she led recruiting efforts and partnered with business leaders to build strong teams. Beth has a strong work ethic, a “give it your all” attitude, and enjoys managing both people and complex tasks. Outside of work, she actively volunteers at her church, which allows her to give back to her community. She is passionate about growing as a leader and making a meaningful impact through both her work and service.
