Beth Rocker

Beth Rocker, Associate Vice President of Customer Service, is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization’s Patient and Family Experience strategy and Customer Service quality improvement efforts. She also oversees the operations of the Division of Integrative Care. Beth earned a B.S. in Psychology from Presbyterian College and an MSW from Boise State University. Before joining Children’s of Alabama, she spent 13 years with an international non-profit mentoring and coaching cross-cultural teams. Since joining Children’s in 2016, she has held roles including Director of Social Services and Division Director of Integrative Care. Beth is actively involved in the community, serving on the boards of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Alabama and Holy Family Cristo Rey High School, on the Vestry at St. Peter’s Anglican Church, and as a volunteer with CASA of Jefferson County and Adopt-a-Golden Birmingham.
