Session: Dealing with Difficult People

In this session we’ll explore why it is hard to communicate with some people. With shift in your approach, you’ll learn to better understand better understand them and even appreciate them.

We will cover four fundamentals:
1. Understanding yourself (self-awareness).
2. Understanding & appreciating others (self-awareness, social awareness).
3. Knowing when to adapt your behavioral style to facilitate better communication (self-regulation, social regulation).
4. Understanding how each behavioral style responds to conflict (social awareness).

About Briana: 

Briana Dudley is the President of BP Dudley & Associates, LLC. She has 15 years of experience as an Executive Coach, HR Consultant and frequent speaker on team communication, leadership development, pre-employment selection, job analysis, 360-Degree Feedback Process. Briana also enjoys coaching high-potential executives, managers and salespeople. Briana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
