Carly Leibengood

Carly Leibengood is the Sr. HR Business Partner for Oakworth Capital Bank where she partners with leaders and associates across the organization to provide an exceptional associate experience. She is known for her compassion for people and enjoys mentoring and developing others. Carly also volunteers with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Alabama and Big Brothers Big Sisters: Behind School Walls Program. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. You can often find them at a local playground or a sporting event.
