Catherine Holcombe

Catherine Holcombe is the Vice President of Operations at Arlington Properties, where she oversees operations, marketing, and systems for a portfolio of 30,000 units. She began her career in property management over 14 years ago and has since developed extensive expertise in operational leadership, financial strategy, and real estate innovation.

She holds the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute, CPM and ACoM designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and the CAPS certification through the National Apartment Association. Her experience includes working closely with acquisition and development teams on Class A projects, stabilized assets, and repositioning strategies.

Outside of work, Catherine’s free time revolves around her four kids, most of which is spent alongside her husband, cheering them on from the sidelines – whether it’s ballet, cheerleading, basketball, or football.
