Cierra Osuya joined Momentum in 2025 as the Programs and Operations Coordinator for Central Alabama. She is passionate about helping mission-focused organizations and women business owners scale with clarity and efficiency. With over a decade of experience spanning the nonprofit and corporate sectors, she excels at big-picture thinking to drive transformative growth.

Cierra earned a BA in Fine Arts from the University of Montevallo and began her career in Education at the Birmingham Museum of Art before pivoting into the tech industry. Most recently, she founded a business as an Online Business Manager, helping women entrepreneurs streamline their operations, implement efficient systems, and focus on sustainable growth. Her unique blend of creativity and strategic expertise allows her to optimize business processes and enhance organizational efficiency, ensuring operations run smoothly while staying true to their vision.

She is an active member of the Junior League of Birmingham. Outside of work, Cierra enjoys gardening, watercolor painting, and spending time with her family and mini poodle, Jollof.
