Claire Williamson

Claire Williamson serves as the Director of Human Resources at Brasfield & Gorrie, where she has held progressive leadership roles since 2016. She leads the company’s recruiting and talent management functions, overseeing a team of 32 and guiding strategy across multiple departments and regions. Claire earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Kentucky and went on to complete her Master’s in Public Administration with a focus in Human Resources. She serves on the board of One Place, a nonprofit supporting survivors of domestic violence, and is actively involved in LEAP Construction HR and Talent Acquisition. Claire and her husband, Chris, have been married for 12 years and have two children, Pate (7) and Hal (3). She enjoys spending time with family and friends around the table and proudly calls Kentucky home—deeply appreciating all the things that make the Bluegrass state special.
