Crystal Sorrelle is a writer, editor and communicator with more than 20 years’ experience. Her passion is people – cultivating strong relationships and encouraging others to be their best. Crystal began her career at an agency, gaining valuable experience in media relations and in implementing public education campaigns. She joined AMERICAN in 2008 and has held various roles within the company – writing and editing an employee newsletter, creating an online News Center to showcase product installations and managing corporate social media channels. When she’s not cranking out content and strategic marketing plans, you will find Crystal fostering troubled pups.
