Cynthia Harris is Vice President and Emerging and Disruptive Technologies Group Manager at Radiance Technologies, Inc. With a strong background in electrical engineering, she has led teams focused on developing innovative products critical to national defense. Cynthia holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Passionate about leadership and diversity, she founded the Radiance WE LEAD program (Women Engaged in Leadership, Enrichment, and Defense), which supports and empowers women leaders within the company. Throughout her career, Cynthia has been recognized for her dedication to engineering excellence and mentorship. Her leadership continues to drive technological innovation and foster inclusive growth in the defense industry.
