Dede Grenier Janich

Dede Grenier Janich is the Corporate Development Director at Altec, where she works on strategic projects involving business processes, systems, and data analytics. Prior to joining Altec in August 2024, Dede was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company in the Growth, Marketing, and Sales practice for 5 years in the Atlanta and Philadelphia offices. At McKinsey, she worked with clients predominantly in industrial sectors to implement growth initiatives across sales, pricing, and marketing disciplines. Prior to McKinsey, she worked for an oil and gas producer in New York City. She has an MBA from the Wharton School and an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
