Ms. Harris is the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Director for Industrial Manufacturing Technology. In this role, she is responsible for MDA research related to Manufacturing Technologies for current and future MDA systems. Additionally, she manages industrial base resiliency and supply chain risk assessments across MDA programs. Ms. Harris has served as the Deputy Director for Industrial Manufacturing Technology, subsequent to her duties as the Advanced Electronics and Photonics Manufacturing Lead. She has 25 years of experience supporting the DoD with experience related to systems engineering, optical systems, electronics and manufacturing technologies. Ms. Harris has supported the MDA since 2015.
