Elise Robinson

Elise Robinson has worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama as a Digital Product Owner for the last 6 years. She currently oversees the member portal experience for the company’s national account business. But in her time she has managed the companies suite of mobile apps and the Find a Doctor tool. In addition to managing the member portal experience, she manages the teams budget year to year, works with internal departments as a SME to the digital experience and performs user research to continuously enhance the digital experience for members. She received a Bachelors of Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design in 2013 from Jacksonville State University. She is an alumni of the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority and is a certified Scrum Advanced Product Owner and has her User Experience certification. Elise also enjoys DIY projects and spending time with her husband Bo and their daughter, Winnie.
