Beth Carter

Beth Carter, joined Protective Life as the Vice President, Head of CX in July 2022, and has oversight responsibilities for Inforce Operations and Claims.

Beth has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, in both P&C and Life.  Her background includes leading in Claims, Underwriting, IT, and Contact Center Operations.

Beth holds a Master of Science, Management (MSM) from The American College of Financial Services, as well as the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) insurance designations.

Beth, her husband (John), and three sons (Wes – 18, Joe – 17, and Rollie – 10) relocated to Alabama in July 2022. When not at a baseball field, basketball gym, football or soccer field cheering on her sons’ teams, Beth enjoys refereeing youth sports and discovering the uniqueness of Birmingham.
